Look up industry categorization for a list of businesses

We have a spreadsheet of 19,000 companies that are missing an industry classification. The listing includes company name, address, phone & website (13,000 have a website listed) I also have a list of industry categorizations that we use internally to classify each company. I need someone to look up the company and determine the correct industry that they should be classified in. Once I select the freelancer I will spend a little bit of time making sure our category classifications are clear and you understand when to select each one. If you have some data tools that return SIC/NAICS codes then we just need to map the codes to our categories - we can work on this together. If you can return additional information then it would be great to include that. If you can do a lot of this in bulk with some data tools in a short period of time then I am happy to make this a fixed price project. Or we can split it up - fixed price for the results you can return in bulk and then hourly for the remaining ones that need to be determined manually. Finally, I will ask you to submit 1,000 at a time so I can spot check for accuracy and make sure you are entering accurate information.
