We are in need of an independent payroll agent to work independently from home/Home Office, Training is provided. Applicants should have prior accounting/bookkeeping experience and should be familiar with preparing, reviewing, understanding and making decisions with the following items: - Income Statement - Balance Sheet - Monthly Account Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation - Accounts Receivable - Invoicing - Accounts Payable - Payroll - Answering phones and responding to customers - Provide clerical and administrative support POSITION: - Compensation will be based on experience - Part-time 10 (+/-) hours per week - Some flexibility with days and hours (required on Mondays) - Small, friendly and relaxed office environment - Only positive attitudes need apply -USA candidate only Thank you for your consideration.

Preparation of employment agreement, lease contract, service agreement and etc. Good and fast typing skills. Good in excel and word. I am hardworking and flexible.
