create spreadsheet from Twitter search results (~800 posts)

I need a .csv file with data from the search results in Twitter for the term: #AWSoutage
Scrolling through the search results the posts go back to June 30th, 2015. My rough estimates shows that this could be as much as 800 posts. I need the results you get from scrolling, not from the API (since the API limits you to 7 days).
Scraping technology may work if you know how to configure to handle the automatic addition of content as you scroll down. Alternatively, this could be done manually.
Fields required:
1. Twitter Handle
2. Twitter Text (the content of the tweet)
3. Date (DD/MM/YY)
4. Time (HH:MM)
Accuracy is very important as we will be analyzing the data.
