We have data(Tweets) in form of Excel [login to view URL] have to Classify these tweets For example @somebankname i am looking for a credit card or home loan It comes Under the classification LEAD+REQUEST. There may be multiple classification if needed. Classification Definitions Request:- It is a question asked by the user to the Bank and asked query is required to be fulfilled by the bank. Complain:- A particular service that is not accessible to a particular user but otherwise accessible to all. e.g. Some Unacceptable service(like unsatisfactory customer care,No call pickup) Delay in time to complete any kind of Service(like complain) Lead:- Lead is a request that is beneficial for the bank (largely in terms of money/business). Like providing Credit card or loan to a user. Suggestion:- Suggestion is, when a user asked for a service, which is unavailable in general. E.g. “I like to see a new branch opening” or an actual bug (or a required improvement) in the banking application. Compliment:- Appreciation from the user to the bank. Miscellaneous:-Those tweets which are meaningless or we unable to classify. Important point :- you have to classify these tweets as per bank.
