Do some Excel Work

1. Prepares Monthly Report for Cash Invoice, Charge Invoice, Cash Flow Transaction, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collection Summary. 2. Prepares Check Voucher and Check for Supplier’s Payment of Purchases 3. Prepares Monthly Cash and Check Collection including Post Dated Checks. 4. Prepares Cash and Check Deposit for the day. 5. Issue Receipts for customer’s payments 6. Prepares Statement of Account and Charge Invoices for follow-up payments 7. Monitor Cash in Bank Account for Releasing of Checks and other Expenses incurred within the month 8. Prepares payroll for the period 9. Petty cash custodian 10. Assist walk-in and in phone customers 11. Sometimes an event planner 12. Prepares Physical Inventory Document 13. Reconcile items within the week during inventory (SAP vs. Actual count) 14. See to it that all issuances in the warehouse department are properly documented
