Hello, Thank you for explaining in details your requirements. I have gone through your description and the example file and I would like to place a bid. My approach shall be to write VBA scripts (not Excel Formulas) to perform what you need. All the codes shall be placed in the sheet_change event, so that there shall not be any need to run the macro manually. whenever a change occurs in the dropdown boxes, the related info shall be carried up to the proper table. I have completed several VBA jobs successfully (you can view that on my profile) - so you can be sure I shall be able to do the job for you. I have 1 question though. It is, when two dropdown boxes contain the same station name, whichone shall I chose to take the info from. For example, say cell A36 already has the station-value "A6" chosen. now if the user choses "A6" in the cell A4, what shall happen then? shall the table for station A6 contain the values from cell A5 to A11 , or shall the table contain values from A37 to A 43? Hi, I am experienced excel and vba user, and I would be glad to work on this project. I am sure that your requested tasks can be solve inserting some vba code in excel file. I will need your guidance, in some questions. In sample file there are six tables with green headers: A1-A6. Must be created another 19 tables to reach at total numbers of 25. Right? or wrong? When you change dropdown menu to A1 (for example) the values (7 items) under A1 will be copied in cells J7-J13. I want to ask if it is not better to copy formula in J7-J13 that takes value from A4-A11. like in cell J7 put the formula =A4, in J8..=A5 so on. If we can put formula they will automatically update values from column A, if not, must be control with code if in column A will be change some values to updating in Column J. We can fix details in Message box.
