Data Science - Naive Bayes in R

I'm new a freelancer but I'm State engineer in statistics and PhD student in machine learning with three years experience. I have very good experience in the statistical processing of data with R. I conducted several practical studies about statistical analysis of data in different areas. I work in a team of researchers working with R.I have developed many codes for many machine learning methods with small and large data set. For your project, we can use r packages "e1071" or "klaR". Hi, I wish to run this data on R interface of WEKA and not R as I do not write scripts and sometimes it is very time consuming. Please accept the bid only if you are okay with this as I cant provide the R Scripts. There are some basic details about the data required. The data is not ready for Naive Bayes. Data preparation is required for which I have quoted higher than the project budget. 1. The Names of the the attributes are missing 2. A Label column is missing Both must be provided by yourself in order to do the analysis. In absence of Labels I can suggest an alternative possibility for such analysis.
