Data Mining between two excel files

this is to describe the scope of the project: please mark the items in fnet file that are listed in pca file so source file is pca file destination or target file is fnet file you will be marking with "1" the fnet file what will you be looking for in fnet file? the items that are in pca file needs to be located in fnet file and marked with "1" on the designated column. how can you do the look up: do not copy description cell from pca and look for in fnet file, read the item description and use the lok up feature in fnet file and that will list you the related items and manually you need to narrow it down to the exact items. how about if the item is not listed or can not find it in fnet file? that is possible if that is the case you need to mark it as "NA" meaning "not applicable" the pca file has 1400 lines or items and fnet file has 7000 items, so we are looking for 1400 items inside 7000 items file. what can mislead you in the look up process? items are very similar and have very small differences: ex: same item can be in different sizes like 1.7 oz 2.0 oz 3.4 oz and etc, different type example: same item can be EDT (eau de toilette) or EDP (eau de perfume) meaning perfume is more concentrated than toilette water and costs more what is the item listed in pca is not in fnet? you can disregard it and mark it in pca file under the "SKU" as "NL" meaning "not listed" Please bid accordingly.
