Data Processing with Open Office - CSV

Hi,
I need to process the data of a CSV file. Next to every row, I need to add the language code. There are text enough to identify the language for every row in the CSV.
VERY IMPORTANT: IT MUST BE DONE WITH OPEN OFFICE CALC. Excel would corrupt the file.
There are more than 100,000 rows, so it must be done automatically to avoid mistakes (and save hundreds of hours :) )
Languages for this CSV and their codes are:
English - en
Spanish - es
French - fr
German - de
Italian - it
Portuguese - pt
Russian - ru
Chinese Simplified - zh
Chinese Traditional - zh_HANT
Japanese - jp
Korean - kr (I'm not sure if there's any information in Korean, but it's very likely)
The CSV MUST be saved in UTF-8 format-
I have attached a sample file with 10 rows in different languages.
