Finally you need to write the date and time to a file using fprintf [login to view URL] : 08/28/2013 01 :30. Finally this is just a beginning of the project,If you can manage or deliver it successfully,then I will give the main task to you and this is a big opportunity.

I can implement this for you. I can use both the date and time (the first two columns) as the ordinates for the interpolation, OR I can use only the time (the second column) as the ordinate for the interpolation. I can interpolate all of the data columns as the co-ordinates. If the co-ordinates have NULLs in them, then I will ask you what to do.
