Build a database with .csv files

Hello, I have experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL. I have designed and managed fairly large instances (1+ TB of data, billions of rows). I'm also an experienced Linux user and Python developer. Regarding cloud platforms I've worked with AWS, DigitalOcean and Vultr. Can you give me more details about the data? What does it represent? I would suggest to use a mean stack i-e (MongoDB,ExpressJS,Angular and NodeJS). 1- MongoDb, being a Json based database would be good as far as the Json based rest api is concerned. We can directly deploy our Angular js (front end) application to AWS and heroku. 2-Please guide me a bit about the different datapoints.
