This project is to do the following: 1. use the twilio rest based api. 2. from your desktop app, dial my twilio number and using my account. 3. record a voice mail message. (at the tone, record your message). 4. put a button on a screen to play back the message. (from the returned url.) you will record using the headset or speaker of the computer pc. you will be using the twilio rest api and twiml.
