CLIENT CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE SPEAKING DUTCH

We are on the lookout for a young, energetic and proactive: CLIENT CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE We are a foundation with expertise in knowledge transfer and trainings. Every day, we receive more calls and emails for which we are looking for a Client Contact Representative. Based in one of the most classic Castles in the Netherlands, our institute is leading in providing knowledge for Dutch managers and executives. As the email traffic increases, we are primarily searching for a person willing to work from home, answering these emails and administering them in our online organization system. In addition, we are looking for a person able to work well with Microsoft Excel. We are on the lookout for: - A young energetic thinking Client Contact Representative, speaking Dutch but potentially working outside the Netherlands - Able to work minimally approximately 3-5 hours every day from home - In or around the European Amsterdam time zone, or, when not, willing to work in this timezone - Speaking, reading, writing Dutch fluently - With a nice phone voice - Experience or strong affinity in Client Contact Service industry - Willing to serve for a longer time (minimally one year, likely much longer) We would deliver: - a young and energetic company with a nice team spirit - a long term fixed project - A job easily to be done from home, only thing needed is a normal internet connection
