Design a spiral mixer -- 2

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design of complex mechanical systems. Here is a list of few projects which I have completed in the past: 1.) Variable Stability Aircraft (UAV): A 40Kg class unmanned aircraft capable of changing its geometry online while flying. It has a variable sweep angle, variable tail to CG distance, retractable and steerable landing gears, burstable fuselage, all movable tails, blended body, etc. It was an assembly of more than 800 custom designed parts. The most critical part of the project was to have so many mechanisms and movable part and yet it should be light enough to fly and therefore required use of innovative methods to meet all the objectives and constraints. 2.) Glider assisted payload delivery system: This was also unique as the wing and tail were required to be folded in storage and once it is deployed from the aircraft all need to be deployed in less than 1 second. Important point is that the wing in itself was 165Kg and had huge inertia. I designed flawless mechanism to achieve that. I have completed other projects as well which were equally critical in their own way like Coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc. I can do this project very easily for you with very good quality and can provide the 3D data (Autodesk Inventor), manufacturing drawing, model validation by stress analysis and any other relevant calculations. i usually design the product. so i think i know about your neccessary. i usually calculate the dimention and power of the component of machines. i also usually detailling in drawing. and usually calculate the materisl cost and process cost.
