A Partner in an innovative product in the auto industry

I am working on a product idea that will require to put together at least a couple of things to work. Requirements: a) Proximity sensor (similar to the home window alarms magnets) One unit will be placed on the frame of the car and the other part on the door of the car. Once the door opens, the alert will sound. b) This is the tricky one - A swiping device that can be swiped with a human's hand that will shut off the alert. # There must be a manufacturer's version, which will be installed at the plant with internal wiring to get power to the device. # The must be an aftermarket version that needs to be developed with a small battery...needs to be extremely reliable with the battery. Application Will be disclosed when an NDA is signed and a negotiation is reached. I intend to have this approved by NHTSA to offer it to auto industry as standard equipment to be installed in every car...Huge possibilities of earnings in royalties (% to be negotiated)
