Let's continue from the current state, hopefully we can finish it remotely without the need of sending you the device. In case you would recognize any hardware issues, I can do the soldering part, but as it looks from, the problem is in the firmware part according to the [url removed, login to view] . You should follow up and apply the advice from TI support team. As it looks from now, some filtering should be applied, but whatever it takes to get a clean, precise signal. In case of any questions, I can ask their support to assist again.
In the end of this project, the device should be a fully working prototype. That means that it will ensemble the same functionality as the stock firmware with an addition to read and write ECG data to the external SPI flash with time stamps and forward it to the a dedicated Android app. Data should be also formatted in the XLS friendly way, so I can plot it in Excel. The Android app will have a functionality to send files via email to PC, I will take care of that part.
Data, which is saved to the memory, should be retrieved on-demand by a phone via BLE.
ECG, which will be taken from a human body, should have all 3 channels working and should have high-quality signal, without anomalies and noise as it has right now. The device is not intended for the professional medical market, but should still achieve the quality which is adequate and normal for TI ADS1293.
ADS1293 also has some alarming function (battery monitoring, lead-off detection etc.), which is, as we have found out, disabled by default, but present in the firmware, so some basic problem reporting would be a good addition to the core functionality.
There are 3 buttons on the PCB, they should be used to operate the device.
You should also regularly cooperate with the Android app developer since only common work and sharing knowledge can be productive. He is always ready to help and work together, so we shall not limit his efforts. If he needs some data, we should give that to him, it will be a common effort to finish the project as smooth as possible.
The same goes for me, I will put my efforts to cooperate with you and be available for the testing, debugging etc. I expect a two-way communication.
The price is final, so no blackmailing and requests for additional funds.

After the prototype will be a fully working one, I can open another milestone(s), where we will negotiate for additional functionalities which exceed the current plan. I could even create the second hardware revision, which will consequently bring additional work, so the project might not end at this level.
