I am proficient in Eagle CAD, its ulps and various design rule checks. I use Eagle 6 and higher, I have access to your attached eagle schematics file in my eagle software. I make sure you that I will give you the accurate Leonardo compatible Shield. One thing I want to tell you that shield will draw a lot of current from it when connected to Arduino Leonardo, so the power supply of the shield must be capable to hold that current so I will use switch mode power supply on the shield.
