DC Power Supply

We have lost all of our power supply information with a server crash and need to reconstruct our Tattoo DC Power Supply, we have most all the sources and information for the digital meter,Precision Potentiometers , power source that converts from AC to DC power and the remaining components. We have lost out PCB gerber file and need a new one. We will need a new wiring diagram. The overall design is very simple and we can provide an actual unit to look at for reference, Unfortunately the gentleman that did this work for us is no longer in business.

This should be a very simple job as the last company completed in one day but we are not electronic designers. Looking for a honest electronic wiz as soon as possible.
