Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having excellent design and development knowledge in power supplies,SMPS,DC-DC,AC-DC,Battery chargers design using different topologies like flyback,push pull,boost,buck,Forward and buck boost.I have very good design experience in pulse transformers to create pulse voltage of up to +50KV to -50KV. Have Created upto 11KV Spike generator using analog Circuits. What i understand is You need to create 7kV Spike on both Positive & negative cycle of 380VAC line... It can be done.... Lets chat

Hey! Your power supply is 380VAC. We could use step up transformer to increase voltage and then we could use filter then We could reach to your desire supply 7KV, I've created 10KV. It's great to see you here.

Want to kill some industrial device? Want to burn chip in not your device? Sorry, (i cant imagine another purpose of this) :-) I can not do exactly 7kV impulse. About 7kV could, but it is the envy of much of the load impedance
