Application including: BS2 and procedure with 74HC165 & TPIC6B595 shifters.

One BS2 and 8x 74HC165 and 8 x TPIC6B595 shifters monitor and control 40 positions on equipment. Two inputs and two outputs are related to each of 40 positions. Scan **_all_** inputs at all the times (**normal status 1**) and if: Input #0 get LOW (button 1) make I/O7 at BS2 HIGH for 5 seconds and output #1 TPIC6B595 HIGH for 10 seconds. **_If in that 10 seconds_** input #1 at 74HC165 get LOW set output #2 at TPIC6B595 HIGH permanently. Next: if input #0 get LOW **_again_** make I/O7 High for 5 seconds and output #1 HIGH for 10 seconds. **_If in that 10 seconds_** input #1 get LOW make output #2 and output #1 LOW. If input #1 is **_not_** LOW at the end of the 10 seconds timer only time out output #1 and leave output #2 HIGH. Repeat the process for each of 40 positions individually. Also: Monitor I/O3 at BS2 at all the times; normal status is LOW. If status is changed to HIGH before any of inputs: 0,2,4,6,8, 10, …. at 74HC165 get LOW make I/O8 at BS2 HIGH for 10 seconds. Otherwise if status of I/O3 is changed to HIGH longer than 1 minute make I/O8 high for 15 seconds. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and it will be tested by buyer before pay. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
