Carousel Feature for Template

i want to add a carousel to my site template. There is currently a feature added to my template (attached) but it's not configured to my liking. So I want a new one. I have 5 images Slide1,2,3,4,[login to view URL] I want the option to have up to five images in my carousel. I will need a setting that will allow me to select the number of images in the carousel. For example: Setting (3) allows images Slide 1,2,3 to load in the carousel. Another example: Setting (5) allows images Slide 1,2,3,4,5 to load in the carousel or Setting (1) only allows [login to view URL] to load in the carousel without rotation, obviously. Images will be stored in a directory named "carousel" in my root directory. I would finally like a speed setting in seconds that will allow me to adjust the speed of the image changes in the carousel. Time: # of seconds between image changes. I don't need an admin panel. The code should be hardcoded into the [login to view URL] home page and should point to the carousel directory for the images.
