Computerization of billing and student record of a Training Company

This project is about total computerization of our accounting and certificate issue system. We are a computer training company having multiple locations. Most of our students pay in Lumps or installments. Every student is issued an invoice at the start of a course. Receipts are issued at latter stage on each installment received. Our students of a particular course complete the course and they are certified after exam and payment. currently we have online verification of the certificates with unique validation number printed on the certificates using ASP and Access. We want that the branch office should have the capability to upload the database once in week or month if they are not online always. The certificate printing should be automatic once the details have been checked and cleared manually. The certificate authentication and fees status of student should be available to them to online check it. We should be able to access the student enrolled and passed record online through website. I am willing to buy an existing system if available.
