AC DC board with 3 A power supply with +5VDC and +3.3VDC

I need a isolated AC DC board with +5VDC and +3.3VDC power supply with current ration of 3Amps. To step down the supply you can use a transformer with Primary as 230VAC and secondary as 15VAC 3Amps. The size of the transformer may be bigger but not the circuit. First you need to develop the circuit and get approval from me (get inital payment). Then you must develop the circuit in dotted board in 5nos and send it to me by couriers (get final payment). People from South India are encouraged. The project cost dose not include the transformer.
