Hi; i am a 30yo native italian translator with several years of experience and a bachelor degree in italian law (something certainly usefull for this kind of work, as i assume many emails will be about complaints). Also related to this project, i had work experiences requiring dealing with customers, both in person or by digital means (phone, emails) some years ago. Also, as an experienced writer (the details are on my profile, of course) typing at a fast pace would not be a problem; finally, at the moment i have no other work schedules that conflicts with the required 1-3 hrs/day this job will take.
