Admin Assistant Arabic Speaker
€6-12 EUR / hora
We are looking for an administrative assistant who can help with research for potential sponsors and partners and help us with sending out emails/letters and make calls to them. The candidate should have excellent research skills. The work may require phone calls so excellent use of English and communications etiquette is a must.
This position establishes and maintains communication of all facets of executive and administrative support.
Reponsibilities:
•Organizes and coordinates special projects.
•Works with Public Relations Coordinator on scheduling events, fundraisers, luncheons, etc.
•Must be open to personal assistant work.
Job Requirements:
•Required to maintain a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and business decorum.
•Requires a highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful problem-solver
•Strong understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic).
Speaking fluent Arabic is very important. Do NOT bid if your are not experienced and with references.
