We are searching for a freelancer that is bilingual English & Spanish. Looking to handle administrative office / contracts. English & Spanish Required. Must know excel, word, pdfs etc. must be computer literate. 20-40 Hours per week. Write new contracts, and coordinate paper work with title companies. Follow up with sellers to get necessary information from buyer and seller to title company.

Solid experience as product manager in a company importing mainly from China, and distributing household products. In charge of selecting, testing and buying. Negotiating with supplier’s form of payment, delivery time. Constantly following up so any incident can be solved. My native language is Spanish but I have excellent comprehension of the English language in both formal and informal registers. I have an eye for detail and I work conscientiously.
