I need a Finance professional with strong Excel skills to build advanced estimation model in Excel to order to calculate operating budget for oil company. It is required to create generic template for Cost Center with additional tabs to calculate specific cost categories like: G&A costs, payroll costs, light vehicle rental costs etc. I would also like to see few charts that represents Cost Center budget as summary for easy understanding.
