It looks like you want to generate NBA lineups for DraftKings or something like that. I have considerable experience generating optimal NBA, MLB, and NFL lineups. When you ask for "all possible teams" you think you'll get a reasonable number of them and then you'll just sort by the team's total value. It doesn't work like that. In fact there are millions if not billions of possible teams. Excel won't be able to generate them all because it's too slow (you'd need to let it works for weeks each time you run it), and even if it did you wouldn't be able to sort such huge lists in Excel due to its limitation of the number of rows (1 million or so). Actually what you need is a program that will OPTIMIZE the lineups, not generate all (billions) of them. The program will find any number of the BEST possible lineups, already sorted, and it will do that within seconds, not weeks. I can write such a program for you. I did that before.
