I want a simple spreadsheet to detail the customer steps involved in browsing goods on a website, making a buying selection, paying, and having it delivered.
Including these steps, (which would be the only steps visible to the customer), it also has to show the flow of the rest of the process, which will include steps which are relevant to me, i.e. task scheduling, holding stock, tracking keeping orders, banking, sending out orders, and so on. I would like it to be set up as a template, so I can add my own stock in thereafter.
If you have some experience in setting up something like this before, it would be useful, in order to understand what will be necessary to complete the job.
I do not want it to be unnecessarily complicated - the simpler it is, the better. Thank you.
