Hi! Possible solution is to create input sheets (where the reports from quickbooks will be pasted) and one or more output sheets (the sheets will be linked to input sheets). Since output sheets will be linked to input sheets, input sheets can be pasted anytime to update the reports in output sheets. I've helped many companies streamline their QuickBooks reporting system; thus I know the importance of thinking "with the end in mind." I have seen too many clients set-up their books incorrectly, so they were unable to create reports that they wanted. Whoever you choose - I suggest that you make sure that the person understands this concept (proper set-up will save you time & money). Also, my local government hired me as a Consultant recently to serve as their "Excel Specialist." I helped simplify their reporting process. Procedures: - Set-up Back Pages (ex: data import page; this is where the QB data would go) - Create formulas for report pages (ex: ifthen, hlookup, etc); this pulls the data from the back pages I enjoy these types of projects!
