Hi. We are planning to build an excel sheet that can be automatically update via an export from Pipedrive My may focus is to have a sheet that can generate the correct forecast reports. We are looking for a system that can perform this kind of report: When we put in the LEADS, we give it a date for the project to start up, and a period in witch it will be done. We want the system to automatically take the sum of the projected contract, and spread it out on the months that we will be working on the project. Eg. Contract sum: 100.000 Start date: 01.09.2015 Period: 01.09.2015 – 31.12.2015 Potential pay per. Month: 25.000 % possibility: 80% The graff will show the LEADS like shown in the attached excel file.

Hi, I think I can solve this task for you. I have worked more than one year in a business development position creating excel macros that modified data in worksheets and e.g. created charts from them. I can write you a macro that takes the data in a specific column (e.g. the first) spreads it out over the according number of columns and creates the chart on any worksheet. Do I understand it right that you provide the data that can be seen in columns A-H? The macro would work like that: -you paste the current data in columns A-H -you click a button to start the macro -the macro spreads out the sum according to the number of months -the macro can add specific sums or other formulas that are needed -the macro creates the chart and copies it to a new worksheet Would that fit your needs?
