Animated gif of musical notes flowing from a record

I am building a website for a disc jockey and he wants an animated spinning record with music notes flowing from it as the logo. I have the .fla file of the spinning record which I purchased, but I don't know to make the music notes flow from it. Flash frustrates the heck out of me and I just don't want to mess around with it. I attach a screenshot of the basic image to give you an idea of what I need. An example of the type of flowing I have in mind is at [login to view URL] It doesn't have to move randomly like the example, as long as the notes flow nicely from the record and fade out at the end. I can provide the .fla file of the spinning record, all I need is the notes. One thing, the frame rate of the record needs to be slowed down to about 15 FPS, as it goes too fast in the original. I would like this to be a looping animated gif when finished if possible. My budget is $30-$60 Thank you
