banner type of flash animation (30sec to 1min) - Japanese

WHO WE ARE: We are launching online school in Japan. Our school offers spiritual courses. WHAT WE NEED: We need a banner flash animation, but can be used as a loading flash animation (30sec to 1min). The story of this animation: The story is based on the Ten Oxherding Pictures in Zen Buddhism (十牛図). The animation should illustrate the ten Oxherding Pictures as one story. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The characters in the animation: A child A cow Graphics: We don't have graphics that can be used for flash, so we are looking for a designer who can draw a child and a cow similar to the attachment graphics. Also, they can be viewed from the following links. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If a designer can find free license graphics that can be used for this animation, that would work. Preference: 1) We would like to find a designer in long term. We have another project for graphic design. So, we prefer a designer who can design graphics. 2) We would like to find Japanese speaking designers who understand Zen Buddhism or Togyu-zu. 3) A designer must understand the story concept.
