Coverting Flash template to Html5

Hello, developer(s) needed to convert flash template(link below) into html5. The photo wall needs to be changed to a video wall and all videos need to play automatically. The videos will come from a youtube channel. If more videos are added or deleted to the channel then the changes will be seen to the template. When the user selects a certain video the video enters into full screen mode. In full screen mode a link will be shown on the bottom to go to another website.
