Corporate Graphic Profile Creation (possibly long term)

I am looking for a company or individual to design a corporate profile for my business. I already have a logo and website that is in need of a fresh look. I am going to attach the logo to this post. I do not want everything changed drastically. I want the logo to have a fresh modern/hightech look but any customer that knows the company from before has to be able to easily identify that it is the same. The business name is Distinctive Computer Service, it is a computer service and consulting firm. I will also be looking or someone to match up my website to the same profile. If you can do both please state so as that will be a bonus and a job coming up very soon or right away depending on your price and most importantly quality of work and timely delivery.
