Custom Website Design (CMS) W/ Custom Flash Intro

"Le Diamant" is an extremely high end culinary catering company. We do smaller high end events catering to celebrities dignitaries etc I want to design a website that has a flash intro of a helicopter coming into a diamond mine and pulling out our refined "le diamant and placing it on a plate it must be custom and possibly 3D. The intro will only be 10-15 seconds Max and it will have an option to skip and accessible for mobile users. I want to design a page very similar to e1even Madison park ([login to view URL]) with the slide show of pictures which I want to be able to update easily with CMS. I want the page to be extremely posh and I am a big fan of black and white with bright colorful accents with some custom logos. I want to be able to link Facebook and twitter pages as necessary.
