Design Header/Logo (Fantasy/Cartoonish design?)

Non-Profit site aimed at the Role Playing Game community needs a more professional logo/header design for our website. The same logo can hopefully be used for Facebook and Twitter pages. Since the community is based on mostly fantasy games like D&D, Traveller, World of Warcraft, skill in cartooning creating fantasy drawings would likely be more suited for this project. Definitely the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the genre or samples related to the genre would help secure this project. This is not a commercial site, so funding is limited. Rights to the final work would belong to the site but we would have no problem linking to the artist and giving full credit for the work.
