Hi to you, I am a good ActionScript 3.0 developer, with 6 years of experience and I believe that I can complete this project, well and fast. My solution for the task is following: I will make an desktop application, runnable with Adobe AIR, which can be executed on Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems, requiring that Adobe AIR version 2.6 to be already installed. The application will have an minimum necessary graphical interface, based on the graphic design which you'll provide or I will use the standard theme if you do not provide any kind of graphic design. Unclarities: What kind of data will be provided as an application input, (binaries, strings, any other kind)? What is the format in which the data are sent to the application? From where they come, from an user input keyboard, from an file, from an web service? How big is the result json file estimated to be? and how many levels the json string will have, of course as an estimated value? Based on your clarifications, it is possible that the my time estimation to change! The solution will contain the source code and install package.
