AS3 Flash, Flex, AIR

We're an established online communications producer based in New Zealand. We specialise in unique Flash websites, games and immersive experiences. We also use Flex, Flash and AIR in CMS and web-application development. We're looking for serious partners who can work closely with our development team. We're looking for a company or individuals who are passionate about Actionscript 3 and the Flash/Flex/AIR environment, who are comfortable with OOP development in AS3, and who are dedicated to becoming, or already feel they are, the best in their field. As well as Flash, we regularly require PHP, MySQL, XML, CSS/HTML, javascript, SEO, AS2, web-services etc. If you or your company can support these techniques and software, or can add to our toolkit, this may help your application but is not essential. More importantly, we'll need you to appreciate that every AS3 project requires a new solution, we'll need you to be a fast learner, and to enjoy experimenting with new software and processes. Our work is always unique, so we're looking for people or companies who thrive on new challenges and love to solve problems. We will always provide you with graphic designs or design guidelines, and we will expect you to work very closely with our designers and developers on a daily basis. You'll need to be able to work from Photoshop files, and you'll need excellent communication in English. We're taking applications of interest from individuals and companies.
