Dont Panic. My current position is that of a QA tester for an Enterprise Storage Company. I am currently working on Usability Test plan for a $150m project, so I take QA testing very seriously. In my freetime I play video games. Lots of them. I have designed games in the past as well. Its been over 20 years that I've been playing PC games. Beta testing games is nothing new to us and we have beta tested them since Everquest 1, in 1999 and Ultima Online previous to that. I could bring in another 2-4 guys to cover more ground for your testing, at no additional charge. Guys that just like to play games and rip them apart, looking for issues. One guy is a installer scripter, so he could look at it from an installation point of view as well as the game. Between the 3 of us we have probably beta tested close to 90-120 games throughout the last 20+ years. I look forward to working with you. Testing is done through different OS's or browsers if needed. If you would like a full test plan or report, they can be provided. Please be wary of those quoting you less than 3 weeks to complete the project. Any gamer in his right mind knows you arent going to provide quality feedback in 3-4 days.
