Looking for a Non-Fiction Native English E-book Writer (Ongoing Projects) - Experienced with DIY and Home Improvement topics (Power Tools, Solar Panels, Decoration)

I am looking for a quality native English speaking writer that can write e-books for me; topics will be mostly focused on themes like DIY and Home Improvement (Power Tools, Solar Panels, Decoration). Experience with these or related topics is a must. I will provide the topic for you along with the outline to assist with writing the book . You must be able to research the topic that I provide you and write a unique 100% original quality book. You must also be able to create a table of contents. Each book will need to be between 6000 - 10 000 words and be written in the style of a “How To” book. You must be able to write in good English with correct grammar and spelling. I’m willing to pay $1.00 per 100 words and am looking to build a relationship with good writers who can provide quality books for me within 1 - 2 weeks. Eventually we’d be working on several per month (the budget mentioned in this posting is symbolic, as this would be an ongoing project).
