Adsense expert to increase CTR or possibly CPC?

Hello,

I own a website which generates over 35k monthly unique visitors. At the moment we do "reasonably" well with our Adsense and are happy with our placements, however we believe that we could be generating more and that it's time to call an expert in to help us out.

As I said, we are happy with our placements, we don't really want to change these though if you suggest changes that may make a big impact, we will definitely consider it. Ideally, I want an expert to go into our control panel and manage the blocked categories, types of ads etc to increase CTR and possibly CPC?? (I don't know if that's possible) from the backend.

DONT send me a spammy generic message about how great you are with Adsense that you send to every other employer.

I want you to first of all tell me in a message what a website generating 35k unique monthly views should *generally* be earning monthly. I want you to also tell me if it possible to increase CTR via the Adsense control panel and what methods you will use.
