Cartoon Me - I want a friendly cartoon of me animated and that looks like me

Looking for a cartoon of me, a friendly version of me that people will smile when they see it. I want one that resembles me, but the cartoon version of me. I am attaching a cartoon that I like that would be an example of me. I need this quick as it will be used in a friendly manner for advertising my company and brand myself. I need this fairly quick, this is the second project I am doing of this, i gave the first designer lots of time and was disappointed. If you feel you can draw me please feel free to bid. I want one of me in casual clothes for more relaxed projects, and one of me in jeans and a dressy t-shirt I have a dog tag I always wear, I have a tattoo on my neck that always shows. so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I am looking for an animated pose, for example one foot in front of the other with my hand and my thumbs up, but when you look at it has to be an animated cartoon that would make you smile when you see it.
