Create animated gif for banner ad

Create an animated gif that will be used as a banner ad 480 x 60 pixels. The banner will be multi-framed as follows with content described below. All the frames will have a profile of a person's head, a professional-looking man or woman looking thoughtful on the left side of the frame. I don't have this image yet - hoping you might have a free one we can use? If not I can get the image immediately. It will not change much from frame to frame. I would prefer yellow or white background with bold black text about 25 pixels high. I prefer yellow background but it might not work so good with the logo on top of it, which is also yellow. Maybe you have a simple solution to this? The second one has the size of text I want, although it could be bigger, and i like the bold text. The timing of the loop could be slightly slower. Factor in enough time for me to ask for 2 or 3 tweaks (small revisions) where I may ask you to change the text size, or re-size an image, or try a different background color, etc. Frame 1: Text: Does your tax review make you wait?
