Design a Banner Surf Yoga Sequence

I would like someone to illustrate the first 9 sequence images (labelled 0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-20) as-is. Then I would like that person to design the next two sequence images from the photographs and two colour illustrations (labelled "back side bottom turn") that I have provided in the collage. I have also provided four additional colour illustrations (labelled "back side bottom turn") in a second row under 4 of the first 9 sequence images. In this case I would like these images to be 'merged,' you can use your imagination to somehow merge the designs.
Overall I want a sequence of 11 images, each as I have described visually in the collage. I want the "man" in the images to resemble the faceless man doing the yoga (black and white). I would like three final versions. (1) the full sequence of all 11 images in one line with pixel width to fit on a 15" MacBook Pro Retina display when loaded in a browser, this can be any height (2) a 2 row by 6 column set of the images, where the first row has 6 images and the second row has 5. The bottom right corner of the bottom row should be missing an image. This will be used for a Facebook cover photo so the bottom right is where the profile photo will obstruct the banner image that is why I want it blank. A Facebook cover photo is 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall. (3) if possible I would like a GIF of the sequence. The GIF should be the correct pixel size and format for Instagram.
