Hello, I have a 30 second mp4 video in 300x250 format that I would like to have turned into a video banner. The final product can be either flash or HTML5, preferably HTML5. It will need to meet the DFP specs with a max file size of 70k. The video is currently hosted on our server and we would like to serve it from there. Our web designer has taken ill and is unable to complete the project.
