Design of a Standard Flyer/Brochure

Hello All. we are a company that sells commercial office furniture and joinery. What i want is a small, double sided brochure the same size as a postcard. (about 210mm x 100mm). however, there is one thing about them that i want that is different. On the back of each card, what i need is a small white box (blank box) about 15mm Long by about 10mm High. This box needs to be in the bottom right hand corner. because what is happening is once we get these printed off, we will stamp sets of them with different numbers for tracking purposes. In regards to the design, what i want is something that is attractive and attention grabbing while maintaining the clean professional look i am wanting. i do not want it to look messy or rushed or anything like that. i want it to look like time and effort has gone into it to market something of quality to the customer of course you must decide the design and layout but i was thinking of perhaps having a retorical question or some kind of quote on the front such as: "grow your potential" "realise your potential" "motivate your future" or something like that. (of course you would only use one) and then below as the next point you could do something like: "re-plan / re-fit / re-place". its up to you, if you think there is something better to use than that, give it a try. Some other information will also need to be included, for example, what services and products we offer and our contact details ect. so attached is a rough draft of what i want and with the information on it as well. pictures of course will need to be included and layed out in an attractive way, so i will also attach some pictures and you can choose from these which you would like to use. i think it would be best if the winner of the project would be prepared to do 3 or 4 samples which we can then choose from. revisions are also required, as we may want some changes made. of course a front and back design is needed. the flyer would also need a couple of calls to action as well, so maybe if you could explore a couple of these options. I am looking on you as the designer and marketing expert to come up with an attractive design and content that you think will do what i am wanting, so do not hesitate to put your ideas in before mine!!.....the more the better!
