Create a Template that Reduces Pages

We are a training company providing classroom training to adults. In each of our classes we have a series of assessments that need to be completed by the students. The format/layout of these assessments are currently set up in a way that is resulting in lots of costly printing. We are looking for some expertise, through some clever design, to cut down the size of the assessments and therefore the amount of printing. I have attached our assessment for Day 1 and 3 of our current course in it's current format. We need this reduced by 30-50%. We have 7 assessments in total and would look to pay a fixed amount for the total lot of satisfactory work. Our timeline is we are currently having the questions reworked by some industry experts. We are receiving one assessment from them every 24 hours and are up to Assessment 3, so would have all 7 by Sunday 13th April. We would need all 7 assessments fully complete by Thursday 17th April Midday AEST. Because of the nature of our industry, we have some things that must be included on or in our assessments. These are listed below. We are happy to see a sample of what you could provide. Non-negotiable - There must be a cover page that includes - - The heading "In Class Assessment" - - Course name and code - - Unit Names and Codes - - Student Declaration with space to hand write signature and date - - Assessment Marking for Units overall - a first and second attempt - - Our logo - We must include a record of second attempt/adjustments on the first or 2nd page - We must include the text under "Assessment Instructions to the Participant" on the first or second page. - Our logo must appear on each page - The Unit and Unit code relevant to the questions must appear on each page (see header in example) - Each question needs to have a Y and N circle. - - The circle must be the same image and size as per the example. - - The placement of these must be obvious that they belong to the relevant question but can be placed in any vicinity to it. - - The placement must be consistent for each question - Our colour palate must be used - The numbering on the questions must be included - The page number on each page. The cover page being page 1. - Space to place 3 barcodes, repeated on every page. - Documents supplied in Word doc. and PDF file formats. - The headings for each section should be used - Assessments can't be combined, days must remain separate. Negotiable - The font type and size throughout the whole document - The number of lines for answers, the length and positions of these - The page margins (as long as they can print successfully) - The logo size on each page - Bullet points size, font and margin where applicable - Number of questions per page - Position of elements (bar codes, logo etc) on each page (although they must be consistent) - The format of the tables for the practical activities (however, there should be a Y or N circle for each activity)
