Hi, I speak really good English and have experience in process mapping. I hold a MSc in Industrial Engineering and a Certification as a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology. Also, I have worked in software architecture so I know how to develop flow charts. At present time, I do not have any work samples as I am new in Freelancer. I will start building my portfolio soon but for now if you need to check my abilities give me an example and I will create a flow chart for you. I have used Visio, Smartdraw and a free web tool called draw.io.
