Adapt an existing cartoon, + do a simple map

we have a piece of clipart which we’d like to adapt to use on a business card/website/invoices etc. The original is attached … We really like the image, but it doesn’t look very professional. So we’d like to make the guy slimline rather than overweight, and wearing all in one blue overalls with black boots rather than the T-shirt. The rest is fine as it is. Also it might be worth doing a cartoon rendering of the location map also attached, with just a few key roads picked out. I’d have to draw you what should be included cos this map doesn’t quite show it properly. We'd like both images to use on stationary and on the web, in colour and in black and white. Anything else you need?
